Generally there are two types of questions that parents need to have answered:
The first is organisational information, such as the cost of school meals or when a class are going on a trip. These questions can be answered by the school office, which parents can contact either by a telephone call, an email or by popping into school. The office is open between 8.00am – 3.30pm.
The second type of question is concerned with the children themselves. Parents may have a question about progress, behaviour or work undertaken in class. These questions need to be answered by the class teacher. Parents need to book an appointment with the class teacher, either by emailing them, contacting them via Class Dojo or speaking to them during collection at the end of the day.
Parents need to come through the main entrance of the school when they have an appointment with a member of staff, they should not use the fire exit of the classroom. All parents are required to access school via the school office as they are required to sign in.
